A guide to buying new property
It’s hard to find the confidence these days to spend all your hard earnt money on a new house, especially if you are a first time buyer. So what should you look for if you do decide to buy a new house?
Well the first factor is the surrounding area, is it in a city, town village, or out in the country. Then there’s the size of the property (the house itself, and the garden area). Then perhaps most importantly, how much work does the house need doing to it. If the house needs a lot of work then you may end up spending thousands on top of what you actually buy the house for. This is often more common when buying older properties which can suffer from damp and other similar problems. In worst case scenarios the house may even have structural weaknesses which can be extremely costly.
For the above reasons it’s important that when you are viewing houses that you check them throughout thoroughly.
